Azeroth Survivors
WoW Survivors is a common name for Azeroth Survivors, a free roguelite by Aethus that uses Warcraft visuals: you pick a race and class, walk through a zone, and spells fire on their own while you dodge. The only place the official client agrees to run is wow.aethus.pl. This site explains how to open it, where the Windows package lives, and what the public menu actually showed on 28 October 2026.
I opened the official menu twice on 28 October 2026. The first read said v0.122.0 (508416ff), Warrior at 230 HP with Cleave, and a zone counter of 1 of 12. A later read the same day said v0.123.0 (425f2391). I did not clear a run; these notes are from that public menu, the wasm strings, and published videos.
What you can do on the first screen
The hero art above goes to the download page, which only links out to the author. Play Free on that page explains the browser client. There is no embedded copy here: the official rogue.js treats a framed page as the wrong site and shows “Fake website detected!” (wow.aethus.pl/rogue.js, read 2026-10-28). azerothsurvivors.org says its own frame runs a different game, Aevoria Survivors.
Price is zero and there is no account. The author footer on the official menu reads “Made by Aethus (zuzia miau miau)”. Steam store search for the title returned total 0 on 2026-10-28.
Freshness
Official build last read here: 0.123.0 (425f2391), bundle 102,499,735 bytes. Earlier the same day: 0.122.0 (508416ff), 102,481,769 bytes. Third-party trackers on 27 October still printed 0.120.5 or 0.120.4. Those are older snapshots, not a second official number. The Windows archive was last modified 2026-10-19 18:26:55 GMT and is 754,921,096 bytes, so it predates the co-op UI that showed up in browser videos on 23–25 October.
Questions
Is Azeroth Survivors the same as World of Warcraft?
No. It is a free browser roguelite by Aethus. Blizzard’s World of Warcraft: Forever is a separate subscription game announced for 4 November 2026.
Where do I play it?
The official client is https://wow.aethus.pl/. It needs WebGPU. This guide does not host the game.
Sources and verification limits
Checked 2026-10-28. Two independent publishers are needed to call a claim confirmed. A menu, screenshot and script from Aethus count as one publisher. Exact menu HP, racial values and dated build identifiers are single-source observations. A video or a general game report does not independently verify every number. Missing values remain unreported; disagreements stay attributed.
